Signal & Jumper Pin Customization

Output Signal Adjustment (Interfaces 5-9): The output signal changes of the three interfaces are adjusted by the potentiometer.
FG / FG*3 Settings: This should be set according to the actual motor feedback times. Without a jumper cap, it defaults to a single times FG. With a jumper cap added, it becomes 3 times FG*3. The same logic applies to the CW/CCW jumper settings.

Parameter Settings Instructions
(1) Frequency Setting
Press and hold touch switch 1 before powering on (do not release). Then, power on the governor board. Wait until the screen displays "FEQ:20K", then release the button. Touch switch 1 to decrease the frequency or touch switch 2 to increase it. The factory default frequency is 20KHz.
(2) Pole Number Setting
Before powering on, press and hold both touch switch 1 and touch switch 2 simultaneously. Power on the governor board and wait until the screen displays "number of poles: 1 polarity" before releasing the buttons. Touch switch 1 to decrease and touch switch 2 to increase. Adjust to match the motor's designed pole number. The factory default is 1 pole.
(3) Feedback Setting
Set using the FG/FG*3 pin (shown in Figure 1). Configure based on whether the motor's feedback multiplier is a single FG signal or three times FG. Adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG, while removing the jumper cap sets it to a single FG signal.
(4) Direction Setting
Set using the CW/CCW pin (shown in Figure 1) to determine the motor's initial rotational state. Set based on whether the motor runs CW or CCW when the direction control line is suspended. Add the skip cap for CCW; leave it without the skip cap for CW.
Main Interface Display

The current screen mainly displays four real-time values: Input Voltage, Speed, Frequency, and Duty Cycle. For the speed parameter to display correctly, you must set the proper FG/FG*3 multiplier and motor pole number.

  1. Strict Polarity Wiring: The positive and negative power connections of the governor must be wired strictly in accordance with the manual instructions. Do not reverse the connections, otherwise the governor will fail to work and the board will burn out.
