We are actively transitioning our brushed systems into highly optimized, slotless and coreless brushless (BLDC) solutions. Slotless brushless motors arrange winding coils directly inside the stator without steel lamination teeth. This design completely eliminates cogging torque, resulting in exceptionally smooth operation even at ultra-low speeds, less vibration, lower acoustic output, and higher dynamic responsiveness at speeds up to 25,000 RPM.
Spur gearboxes are highly cost-efficient and ideal for low-torque, high-speed applications. Planetary gearboxes distribute mechanical loads across multiple planet gears, providing superior torque density and low backlash in inline profiles, though with slightly more mechanical noise. Worm gearboxes provide right-angle output shafts and natural self-locking safety mechanisms, but exhibit lower mechanical efficiency (around 40%–60%) due to sliding friction losses.
